MOTION TO RESCHEDULE FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, MADISON ALAMOSA HECM, LLC, moves to reschedule the mortgage
foreclosure sale and states as follows:
1 On June 8, 2021 the Court entered an Expedited Uniform Final Judgment of
Foreclosure pursuant to which a foreclosure sale was scheduled for August 10, 2021.
2 The August 10, 2021 foreclosure sale was cancelled due the proof of publication
not being filed prior to sale.
3 The property that is the subject of this action is not an owner-occupied
property. The property in this case involves a reverse mortgage, deceased borrower,
vacant and secured property
4. Based upon the foregoing, Plaintiff requests that the Court reschedule the
foreclosure sale within 30-45 days.
