This letter is in response to the summons on amended complaint lawsuit filed against me,
Beatriz |. Tripp and my deceased husband, Joe Tripp, the plaintiffs.
On May 16", 2013, County Judge Robert E. Landt award me, Beatriz |. Tripp and, my deceased
husband, Joe Tripp, the plaintiffs the judgment against the defendant, Cheryl L Sponagle
Case # 13-007-SC for the expenses incurred due to the eviction process, unpaid rent, clean up
expenses, repairs and replacements to the property located at 19578 SW Eagle Drive,
Dunnellon, FL 34431, a house Cheryl L. Sponagle was renting from us, the plaintiffs at the time.

THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard at the Final Hearing on the Plaintiffs’ fount for
damages, the Plaintiffs having been present in Court and given testimony, the Defendan
failed to appear, the Court makes the following findings of fact:
1. The Plaintiffs, JOE TRIPP and BEATRIZ I. TRIPP, are entitled to money dania;
the Defendant, CHERYL L. SPONAGLE, as follows:
a. Three (3) months rent, $1,950.00;
b. Costs of this action, $202.00 and service fees, $40.00;
c. Repair and replace air conditioning ducts, $751.00;
d. Replace attic insulation, $500.00;
e, Replace range and refrigerator with used appliances, $600.00;
f. Replace blinds and window treatments in the house, $110.00;
g. Costs of cleaning AC coils, $300.00;
h. Repair and replace kitchen cabinet doors, $500.00;
I. Replace two (2) ceiling fans, $80.00;
j. Replace flooring in the bedroom, $800.00.

2. The Defendant, CHERYL L. SPONAGLE, is entitled to credit for the security
which has been forfeited to the Plaintiffs, as proper notice was provided, of $650.00. The
$4,941.00, in damages and past due rent, $242.00 in costs of suit for a total of $5,183.00.
It is now, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1, The Plaintiffs, JOE TRIPP and BEATRIZ 1. TRIPP, shall recover from the De
CHERYL L. SPONAGLE, damages of $4,941.00 and costs of suit of $242.00, for a
$5,183.00, all of which shall bear interest at the legal rage for which let execution issue. |. .

2. The Defendant, CHERYL L. SPONAGLE, shall provide to Plaintiffs, JOE TRIPP and

3. The Defendant, CHERYL L. SPONAGLE, shall deliver the Fact Information|

the Plaintiffs, JOE TRIPP and BEATRIZ I. TRIPP, at the Plaintiffs’ address as reflected in the
