Shahram Tabatabai and Jeanne Turner Tabatabai, by and through their

1. Discovery will be closed pursuant the original trial date of April 25 th, 2022,

except that witness depositions already noticed in this matter shall be
16
continued to a date after the discovery cut-off period, as specified below.

2. The parties shall reschedule the depositions of Jeanne Turner, Shahram
18
Tabatabai and Barry Sabahat to a date after the decision on Turner's Motion
19
to Dismiss, if the motion is denied. Ms. Turner expects to file the motion by
20
April 15, 2022, with a hearing date in early to mid-June 2022. The new
21
deposition dates will be as follows: Barry Sabahat, July 27, 2022, Shahram
22
Tabatabai, July 28, 2022, and Jeanne Turner, July 29, 2022.
