    Matthew Marks, Esq., being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
     1         J am the attorney for the Plaintiff in the above styled cause, and am authorized to make

    this Affidavit for service of process by publication against the Defendant, The Unknown Spouse,
    Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming

    an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Celine Bataille, Deceased
    2          A Diligent search and Inquiry has been made to discover residence(s) and whereabouts of
    Defendant(s), and it has been ascertained that Celine Bataille is deceased.

    3          There may be persons who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action
    whose names and residence and ages are unknown.
    4.         These unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, beneficiaries, grantees, or
    other claimants against the Estate of Celine Bataille, deceased and are not known to be dead or
    alive.
