$50,001 - $75,000 ____________________
$75,001 - $100.000 ____________________
over $100,000 ____________________
Effective 12/01/2020, our office will prepare, issue the summons and add to the case
progress docket for the action. Summons will be prepared based on the attached revised
Request for Issuance of Summons form. Summons will be available for download from
hover.hillsclerk.com within 48 business hours. Issued summons will no longer be emailed
to you after 12/01/2020 and must be downloaded by filer.
