MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book, §§ 13-7 and 13-10, the defendant,
Women’s Health Connecticut, LLC, in the above-captioned matter, hereby moves
for a 30 day extension of time, up to and including April 21, 2022, within which to
respond to the plaintiffs’ Interrogatories and Requests for Production dated October
2, 2020.
Counsel for the defendant will need the additional time to confer with their
client and gather the information the plaintiffs have requested. The plaintiffs will
not be prejudiced by the requested 30 day extension of time. This case is not yet
scheduled for trial.
WHEREFORE, the defendant seeks an extension of time until and including,
April 21, 2022, within which to respond to the plaintiffs’ Interrogatories and
