              THIS CAUSE having come before the court on Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure
     Sale and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:

      1. Final Judgment of foreclosure was entered in this cause on February 17, 2020 and a foreclosure
     sale was scheduled for April 23, 2020.

     2. The foreclosure sale was canceled due to moratoriums as a result of COVID-19.

     3        On June 30, 2021 Plaintiff filed a Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale.

              IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

              Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale is granted.

              The foreclosure sale is rescheduled for Thursday, December 16, 2021, and will take place at the
              Bradford County Courthouse, 945 North Temple Ave., Starke, Florida 32091, at 11:00am, in
              accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. All provisions of the final judgment shall remain
              in place.
