this action should remain pending. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that any open claim in this action is dismissed for lack of prosecution
as to any open party. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case; further, the Clerk of Court
is directed to return the original documents to the attorney of record fomthe Plaintiff once
envelopes are provided to the Clerk of the Court.
