COMES NOW, Crossclaim Defendant, BROWN + COMPANY ARCHITECTURE,
INC., by and through undersigned counsel, and hereby requests that Defendant,
WEATHERMASTER BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC., furnish to the undersigned copies of all
documents received in response to its Notice of Serving First Set of Interrogatories and First
Request for Production dated January 19, 2021, directed to THE VILLAS AT EMERALD LAKE
