(“Brown”), hereby serves its response to the Standard Interrogatories, and states as follows:

        You performed your work).

        Response: Brown created construction development architectural plans for the first
        and second floors of Villas at Emerald Lake Townhome models, Isabella, San Juan,
        and Sebastian.

         State the dates in between which You performed your work at or for the Subject
         Property.

         Response: Approximately April 16, 2014 through September 28, 2017.

        Identify the person or entity with whom You contracted with to perform your work at or
        for the Subject Property.

         Response: Brown contracted with Avatar Properties, Inc., which is also noted in the
         contract as “AV Homes”.

        Describe the materials, if any, You supplied toward the construction of the Subject
        Property.

         Response: None.

        If You subcontracted with any person or entity to fulfill of your work obligations, provide
        the following information.
The name and last known address of each person or entity You subcontracted
                       with;
               The nature of the work each subcontractor performed on your behalf;
               The materials supplied by each subcontractor on your behalf;
               The location of the work each subcontractor performed on your behalf.
