    MANAGEMENT ORDER AS TO THIRD AND FOURTH-PARTY DEFENDANT
   EXPERT DISLOSURE DEADLINE, AND PLAINTIFF AND ALL DEFENDANTS’
              REBUTTAL EXPERT DISCLOSURE DEADLINES

       This    CAUSE     came   before   the   Court        upon   Third-Party               Defendant,     ALL   GLASS

INSTALLATION          CORP.’s   (“ALL    GLASS”),           Amended        Motion           for Extension    of Time   to

Disclose Expert(s) and Serve Expert Witness                 Report(s), and to Amend                 the Operative Case

Management Order, Accordingly (“Motion”), filed on November 4, 2021. The Court having

teviewed the Motion; and this unopposed order having been circulated amongst the parties, with

no objection having been raised in response to same, except for requests that “All Defendants’

Rebuttal Expert Disclosure Deadline” be modified to January 4, 2022; and the Court being

otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereby:

       ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

           1    ALL GLASS’ Motion is hereby effectively granted; the operative Complex Case

                Management Order, dated April 9, 2021, is amended as follows:
