On this day came to be heard Defendants Suraji Dauda (“Dauda”) and FedEx Custom
Critical, Inc. (“FedEx”) (collectively “Movants”) Motion to Compel Discovery Responses from
Defendants Paramount Fleet Services (“Paramount”) and Paul Ngugi (“Ngugi”) (collectively
“Resp0ndents”)
The Court having reviewed the motion, pleadings 0n file, and heard the arguments of
counsel is of the opinion that Defendants Dauda and FedEx’s Motion is well taken and should be
in all things GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED that FedEx and Dauda’s Motion to Compel Discovery
Responses from Defendants Paramount Fleet Services and Paul Ngugi is GRANTED
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Paramount and Ngugi have waived their objections to
discovery and are ordered to provide full and complete responses t0 all of Movants’ discovery
requests within five (5) days of this Order.
