of her knowledge and belief.

Affiant is the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, and this Affidavit is given in
lieu of live testimony in the Superior Court. .

The Affiant was a resident of the State of Georgia for more than six (6) months prior
to the filing of the herein referenced Complaint.
3.
The Affiant filed her COMPLAINT FOR Divorce on November 2, 2021
simultaneously with the DilvoRCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT.
4.
Affiant desires that this Honorable Court accept the pleadings without objection.
