THIS CAUSE was scheduled for a Case Management Conference and Hearing on Pending

hereby RESCHEDULED.

2. The Case Management Conference and Hearing on Pending Motions has been rescheduled
for Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. or as soon as can be heard (ten minutes reserved),
before the Honorable Jodi Cason, General Magistrate, in Courtroom 1, Bradford County
Courthouse, 945 North Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida 32091.

3. ATTENTION: Counsel and unrepresented parties must attend this hearing in person.

4, At the Case Management Conference, each party must be prepared to inform the Court:
the issues which remain unresolved; how much time will be needed to present his or her
case; the number of witnesses he or she expects to call; and available dates for future
events. Please bring your calendar.

5. If the parties have completed filing all required documents in this case, the time reserved

for Case Management Conference may be used to hear any pending motions, including a
Motion for Summary Judgment. ATTENTION: This may be the FINAL HEARING in

1.490(h).
