1. Final Judgment of Foreclosure was previously entered in this action and a foreclosure sale was
scheduled for April 15, 2021.
2. On April 15, 2021 the subject property was redeemed.
3. On May 28, 2021 Plaintiff filed a Motion for Disbursement of Funds from Court Registry.
4. The clerk of court is holding $147,170.31 in the court registry.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
