advised that the parties have entered into the stipulation and have agreed to the terms
therein and this order as stated herein, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
as follows:
1. The foregoing stipulation between the parties is hereby ratified and approved,
and otherwise adopted as the order of the Court.
2. .The terms of the stipulation are incorporated herein as the order of the Court, and
the parties are ordered to comply with those terms as such.
3. This action is dismissed and the Clerk is directed to close the file. The notice of
tis pendens is dissolved and of no further force and effect.
4. The Court reserves jurisdiction of the parties, and the subject matter in this action
to enforce the terms of the foregoing stipulation and this order.
