The mediator will not be allowed to give yon legal advice or to give you an opinion about the lawsuit. The mediator’s job is to remain neutral and not take sides, but Lo give both sides a chance to talk to each other to see if an agreement can be reached to stop the foreclosure. If you and the company suing you come to an agreement, a settlement agreement will be written up and signed by you and the company suing you.
