COMES NOW, the plaintiff, DYLAN T. CONE, by and through his undersigned counsel,
and files this Motion to Appoint Process Server pursuant to Rule 1.070(b) of the Florida Rules of
Civil Procedure, and would show unto this Honorable Court the following:
1. This Court is authorized to appoint any competent person, not interested in the action,
to serve original process.
2. Robert Goldberg and Bailey Goldberg of Surveilx, Inc. are certified by the Florida
Association of Process Servers, are listed as approved process servers in the Eighth Circuit Court,
are competent and not interested in the action and are over the age of eighteen (18).
WHEREFORE, all premises considered, the undersigned seeks the entry of an order
appointing the identified individual(s) for the purpose of serving process in this cause.
