Court to enter its Order granting a continuance of the above-styled cause. As grounds in support
of this motion, the Defendant would show:
1. That Pre-Trial Conference is scheduled to be heard on on February 23, 2022.
2. That additional time is needed in order to prepare this case for trial. Awaiting discovery
to review.
3. Upon the Court's granting of this motion, the Defendant waives speedy trial. Unless
previously waived.
4. The Assistant State Attorney does not object to the granting of this motion.
