5 2. On December 16, 2021, L along with counsel for all other parties in this action,
6 including Plaintiff, held a telephone conference in ,vhich we discussed a possible joint
7 demurrer by Defendants to Plaintiff's Complaint. The details of such discussion are truly and
8 correctly set forth in the "Joint Stipulation Regarding Case Management and Responses to
9 Complaint," which was executed and filed with the Court on or about December 20, 2021, and
10 which I hereby incorporate herein by reference. Plaintiffs counsel stated during such meet and
