The Court makes the following findings for the above entitled case: Plaintiff Teresa Randolph’s Motion to Compel Production'of Documents came on regularly for hearing before this Department on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Robert A. Glusman, Judge presiding. Thomas Dimitre appeared on behalf of Plaintiff and Jerry Deschler appeared on behalf of Defendants. The Court heard oral argument by counsel and issued rulings thereafter as to each of the remaining disputed requests. At the conclusion of the hearing, counsel for the Plaintiff was ordered to prepare a form of order. . On February 7, 2020, the Court received a [Proposed] Order from Plaintiff’s counsel; however, there is no indication or confirmation that Plaintiff’s counsel has complied with California Rules of Court Rule 3.1312, which requires submission of the proposed order to opposing counsel for approval as to form and notification to the Court with “a summary of any responses of the other parties or a statement that no responses were received." Cal Rules of Court 3.1 312(b). W Plaintiff's counsel is hereby ordered to comply with Cal Rules of Court 3.1312 prior to resubmission of the proposed order.
