MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Pursuant to Connecticut Practice Book, §§ 13-7 and 13-10, the defendants,
Sarah Leite, M.D. and Stevan Marjanovic, M.D., in the above-captioned
matter, hereby move for a 30 day extension of time, up to and including
February 25, 2021, within which to respond to the plaintiffs’ Interrogatories
and Requests for Production dated September 28, 2020.
Counsel for the defendants will need the additional time to confer with
their clients and gather the information the plaintiffs have requested. The
plaintiffs will not be prejudiced by the requested 30 day extension of time. This
case is not yet scheduled for trial.
WHEREFORE, the defendants seek an extension of time until and
including, February 25, 2021, within which to respond to the plaintiffs’
Interrogatories and Requests for Production dated September 28, 2020.
