Plaintiff TOM SCHIFF submits this Opposition to the Demurrer of Defendant YOLIES
TOW.
Defendant has demurred to Plaintiff's Complaint. For the reasons that follow, plaintiff
respectfully request that the court overrule defendant's Demurrer in its entirety or at a minimum
allow Plaintiff leave to amend to correct any deficiencies in the Complaint.
