reasonable diligence in any other manner specified under CCP
$415.10 through 415.30. Plaintiff has exercised reasonable
diligence in service to Defendant as aforementioned in the
Declaration in Support of Application and Order for Publication

of the Summons by Plaintiff and by Todd F. Haines.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the service of the summons, citation or
notice. of hearing in this action be made upon Defendant DELMAR
GALINDO, an individual, by publication of said summons thereof in
The Record, a newspaper of general circulation published at
Stockton, California, which is most likely to give actual notice
to the party served. Publication is to be made at least once a

week for four (4) successive weeks.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of said summons, citation, and
of said complaint, petition, or notice of hearing in this action
be forthwith deposited in the United States Post Office, post-
paid, directed to said defendant, respondent, or citee if his

address is ascertained before expiration of the time prescribed
