THIS CAUSE came before the Court for hearing on Defendant Ducky Johnson House
Movers, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Having considered the same and the evidence and
argument presented, the Court finds and orders as follows.
There remain issues of material fact regarding whether Ducky Johnson House Movers,
Inc., managed or assumed control of the subject rental property owned by Carolyn Johnson d/b/a
Johnson Rentals. It is therefore
ORDERED that Defendant Ducky Johnson House Movers, Inc.’s Motion for Summary
Judgment is denied.
