Dear Counselor:
I am in receipt of your letter dated June 14, 2021. Please be advised that Plaintiff has not
undergone any independent medical examinations and our office has not had the Plaintiff
examined. We have previously provided authorizations for all of Plaintiff's medical providers.
Additionally, on November 10, 2021, Defendant served a partial response to Plaintiff's
Post-deposition demands. Said responses included several.items for which a search was being
conducted, and that the responsive documents would be provided under separate cover. To date,
Plaintiff has not received a supplemental response to Plaintiff's Post Deposition Demands.
Accordingly, please provide a supplemental response within seven (7) days to avoid
unnecessary court intervention.
