                  matter on January     19, 2022, requesting     the following   court  reporter transcripts   be prepared.

                  A  deposit   of  $13,325.00     has  been   made   by   appellant.  One   original   and  one   electronic   version   of the
                  transcripts are required.    The records are to be three hole punched and bounded.

                                    Per  CRC    8.130,  the reporter shall begin work on the transcript immediately
                                    upon   receiving    the notice   from   the  clerk.   If the   deposit  appears    to the
                                    reporter to   be  inadequate,   the  reporter may,    within   10 days   after receiving
                                    the  notice  from   the  clerk, file  with   the clerk   and  mail  to  the appellant   an
                                    estimate   or revised   estimate  of the total   cost of the  transcript  and notice    of
                                    additional amount required to be deposited.

                  You   are  required   to  complete    and  mail   a copy   of the   estimated   cost  of preparing    your   portion   of the
                  transcript(s) within    10 days of the date of this notice.      This is to  ensure that there are sufficient monies on
                  deposit.
