Family Trust Dated 12/29/98 has commenced litigation against Edward F. Niderot as tustee of
the The Edward F. Niderost Revocable Living Trust Dated November 8, 1998. Mr. Denton has
been defending that action, and has also led a, cross-complaint against Mr. Cook and other
parties, seeking, among other things, rescission as to real estate msactions and for damages for
