1 On March 4, 2021, pursuant to Rule 9.40 of the California Rules of Court, Jodie Herrmann
2 Lawson of McGuireWoods LLP, representing Defendant Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith
3 Incorporated, submitted an Application for Order Admitting Jodie Herrmann Lawson as its counsel
4 Pro Hac Vice, as well as her concurrently filed verified declaration in support of same in this action.
5 On March 3, 2021, Donald J. Putterman, counsel of record for Plaintiff Jami Handelman Katz
