Summens with Notice against the defendants, Anthony V. Gervera ("Anthony Gervera"), Amanda
D. Gervera ("Amanda Gervera") and Farm Credit East, ACA ("Farm Credit")(ecilectively
"Defendants") along with Notice of Pendency to determine Plaintiff's interest in the real property

12, 2021; and

WHEREAS, following service of the Summons with Notice and Notice of Pendency, Farm
Credit appeared through its attorneys, Hancock & Estabrock, LLP by Daniel Berman, Esq., and
demanded a complaint be filed and served on July 20, 2021; therefore,
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between counsel for all parties that
the time within which Plaintiff may file and serve a complainton counsel for Defeiidraits is extended
until and including September 30, 2021; and
IT IS FURTHER HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that this Stipulation may be
signed in counterparts and a reproduced or facsimile copy of this Stipulation shall be as effective as
the original.
