14 Section 377.1) ofthe California Code of Civil Procedure) with respect to NAOMI’s interestin the action

16 6. The facts supporting the statement in Paragraph 5 above are as follows: Declarant is
17 NAOMI’s successor in interestof NAOMI’s estate.
