                  21      I, Carlos Valderrama, declare as follows:

                  22      1.      I am a California registered process server, registration             number 3432. I am an
                  23      independent registered process server.           The following is based upon my own personal

                          knowledge and if called upon as           a witness, I could and would testify competently thereto.

                  26      2.     On October 4, 2021, I received a service request for the matter of Jane Be Doe v Big
                  27      Brothers,      case# 21CV000805. I received a request to serve Jon David Woody, an

                    1     individual at the RJ Donovan Correctional Facility at the address of 480 Alta Rd., San Diego,
                    2     CA 92179. I received the following service documents: Statement of Damages.

                          3.     On October 4, 2021, at 02:50 p.m., I attempted to serve Jon David Woody at the RJ
                    4
                    5     Donovan Correctional Facility at 480 Alta Rd., San Diego, CA 92179. I spoke with Officer

                    6     Garcia, Litigation Officer, who stated that they were only accepting service by mail. The
                    7     facility was not accepting personal deliveries at this time. He instructed that documents need
                    8
                          to be mailed to Attention: Litigation Coordinator at 480 Alta Rd. San Diego, CA 92179 with
                    9
                          Notice and Acknowledgment and a self addressed stamped envelope.
