PLAINTIFF’S ATTORNEY HAS RESUBMITTED A REQUEST TO BE RELIEVED AS ATTORNEY OF
RECORD. THE CONTINUANCE IS TO ALLOW TIME FOR THAT MOTION TO BE RULED UPON. IF IT IS
SUCCESSFUL COUNSEL SHALL FORWARD A COPY OF THIS CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
SETTING ORDER UPON PLAINTIFF WITH A COVER LETTER INFORMING PLAINTIFF TO ATTEND THE
CMC SO THAT THE CASE CAN BE PROPERLY ADMINISTRATED. IFTHE MOTION ISNOT
SUCCESSFUL THE COURT WILL EXPECT THAT THE RECORD BE FULLY COMPLETED. THE
COMPLAINT NEEDS BE SERVED, THE DEFENDANT NOTIFIED OF THE NEXT CMC AND CMC
STATEMENT MUST BE FILED.
