                    At the  conclusion  of the judicially supervised   Case  Management     Conference   in the above  captioned
                    matter, THE    COURT     HAS    ORDERED       THE    FOLLOWING:

                            1.   A  further Case  Management     Conference    isscheduled   for 6/21/2002   at11:40  AM   in Dept.  19.
                    Updated   CMC    Statements   (pursuant  to Local Rule  4.3) shall be  lodged  inDept.  19 no  laterthan
                    6/14/2002.
                            2.    All unserved  parties to be  served so as to allow  timely  notice to appear  atthe next  Case
                    Management     Conference.
                            3.   Compliance    with  any of paragraphs   (a)through   (g) below  isrequired  ONLY     ifsuch
                    paragraph   ismarked   with  an “X”  in the space  provided:
                        [_]   (a) Parties shall timely  file     {_]any  demurrers,   or similar motions  challenging   the pleadings,
                           .                                     [_]summary    judgment   or summary    adjudication  motions,
                              so that adjudication  of such  motions  shall occur  before  the next CMC    statements  are due.
                              (b) Defense   medical  examination   of plaintiff to be completed,   and doctor  to be deposed,  before

                              CMC    statements  are due  (without  prejudice to the disclosure  of additional  experts per  CCP
                              section 2034   prior to trial).
