The former employer deposited $250,000.00 in an account for Plaintiff's benefit. Defendants advised Plaintiff not to take the money, although there were no conditions attached. The money was subsequently seized by the bank for debts of the company. Defendants filed an appeal on behalf of Plaintiff causing over $200,000.00 in legal fees.
