COMES NOW, ALBERTELLI LAW, pursuant to Rule 2.505(e)(2), Fla. R. Jud. Admin, and
moves this court for an order substituting ALBERTELLI LAW as counsel of record for Plaintiff in place of
Tripp Scott, P.A., and states as follows:
Plaintiff has engaged ALBERTELLI LAW to represent them and to assume legal representation of
Plaintiff in this action in place of Tripp Scott, P.A., and that Tripp Scott, P.A. has stipulated to the
substitution of ALBERTELLI LAW as Plaintiff's counsel in this action, as set forth on the attached exhibit.

Nationstar Mortgage is the loan servicer on numerous loans throughout Florida, Please
accept this letter as evidence und acknowledgment that Nationstar Mortgage bus
authorized the withdrawal of Tripp Scott, PA as its counsel and has retained Albertelli
Law (o appear and substitute as counsel for Plaintifé and assume responsibility as of the
filing of Albertelli Law’s Notice of Appearance.
Pursuant to Rule 2.505(¢)(2) of the Florida Rules of Judicial Adniinistration, Nationstar
Mortgage, by this letter, consents to the substitution of Albertelli Law as its counsel and
requests that it be taken as such for the purposes of obtaining an Order of Substitution of
Counsel.
