Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, and moves this Court for an order approving the
Stipulation entered into by the parties and reserving jurisdiction to enforce the terms thereof. The
Stipulation is filed herewith.
Since this Motion requests that a mutually agreed Stipulation be entered, which is clearly in the
best interests of Defendant(s), the granting of this Motion without further notice or hearing will not
prejudice Defendant(s) in any way.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff asks this Court for an order approving the Stipulation, reserving
jurisdiction to enter such orders as are necessary to enforce the terms of the Stipulation, and for such other
relief as is appropriate.
