COMES NOW the Plaintiff, MARCELO DIAZ, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of HERMINIA DIAZ, by and through his undersigned counsel, and hereby give

Ms. Spitrey will testify as to the negligence and deviations from the
standard of care by the defendants. She will further testify as to
causation and damages in that as the result of these deviations,
Herminia Diaz suffered an untimely death.
