It is therefore: ORDERED that summary judgment is GRANTED in favor of Arkema as to all claims asserted against it by Plaintiff Justin Jordan, that Plaintiff Justin Jordan take nothing on his causes of action against Arkema,and that such claims are hereby DISM ISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
