THIS CAUSE came on for Pre-Trial Conference before the undersigned
Judge of this Court on the 1st day of April, 2014, on the Verified Complaint for
Unjust Enrichment filed by CLEMENS BYATT, DDS. Plaintiff appeared by his
attorney, Jeffrey A. Eisel, of the firm Baskin Fleece. Defendant, PAUL MCRAE,
MD, failed to appear and default judgment was entered against Defendant pending
the filing of an Affidavit of Court Costs and Interest by the Plaintiff. The Court,
having reviewed the Complaint filed in this cause, the Court file, the Plaintiff's
Affidavit of Court Costs and Interest, and the Court, having heard argument of
counsel, finds for Plaintiff in this cause and enters Judgment against Defendant,
PAUL MCRAE, MD, and upon the evidence presented,
IT IS ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CLEMENS BYATT, DDS, recover from
the Defendant, PAUL MCRAE, MD, the sum of $1,988.38 on principal, $119.03 as
prejudgment interest, with costs of $199.22, for a total Judgment of $2,306.63,

all of which shall bear interest at the rate of 4.75% per annum, as provided for by
Florida Statute, for all of which let execution issue.
