THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Pro Hac Vice
Admission of Jo Cook (“Pro Hac Motion”) and the Parties’ Joint Motion for Leave to consolidate
the pending motions for hearing (“Joint Motion”) and the Court having been duly advised during
the hearing on October 6, 2021, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Pro Hac Motion is GRANTED and Jo Cook is admitted in this case.
2. The Parties’ Joint Motion is GRANTED. The existing Notice of Hearing for the
Special Set Hearing on October 13, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. shall be amended to include all remaining
outstanding motions: Piaintiff’s Motion to Reconsider; Defendant’s Motion for Extension of Time
to Respond to Discovery Requests, filed June 24, 2021; Plaintiff's Motion to Deem Requests for
Admissions Admitted, filed July 14, 2021; and Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second
Amended Complaint, filed August 16, 2021.
