BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personaily appeared Ricardo A. Gonzalez, Esq,
who being duly sworn, dcposes and says:
1. I am an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
2. In my opinion a flat fee equal to $750.00 to said counsel for his services
herein isadequate and reasonable and therefore the fee of $750.00 requested by said counsel in this
action is adequate and reasonable.
3. I have evaluated the factors beiow in determining my opinion of a reasonable
attorneys' fee as stated above:
a. The time and labor required, the novelty, Complexity and difiiculty of the questions
involved, and the skill requisite to perform the legal service properly.
I). The likelihood that the acceptance of the particular employment wili preclude other
employment by the lawyer.
c. The fee, 01' rate of fee, customarily charged in this locality for legal services of a
comparable or similar nature.
d. The significance of, or amount involved in, the subject matter of the representation,
the responsibility involved in the representation, and the results obtained.
6. The time limitations imposed by the client or by the circumstances and, as between
attorney and client, any additionai or speciai time demands or requests ofthe attorney
by the client.
