AGREED ORDER ON DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS
THIS MATTER came before the Court on the parties’ Agreement to Permit Disclosure
of Certain Confidential Documents to Plaintiff's accountant, Avi Labkovski. The Court has
considered the Motion, and based upon same, rules as follows:
1. The parties have agreed that Mr. Labkovski may review the tax and accounting
records provided to date to Plaintiffs counsel, and any additional tax and accounting records that
may be produced hereafter to Plaintiffs counsel.
2. However, Mr. Labkovski is to be provided with a copy of this Court’s February 1,
2021 Confidentiality Order, by which he will be bound with respect to these documents, and
discussions with counsel regarding these documents. More specifically, Mr. Labkovski is
prohibited, absent further order of this Court, from disclosing or discussing these documents to
anyone outside of his staff, and Plaintiffs counsel. Any violation of this restriction may, following
an appropriate hearing, be considered contempt of court, and may be addressed accordingly.
