The Court makes the following findings and orders:
Guardian Ad Litem Alberta M. Jackson has failed to appear and has abandoned her responsibilities as guardian ad
litem in this proceeding. Guardian Ad Litem Alberta M. Jackson has refused, and continues to refuse, to cooperate
with plaintiffs’ counsel and the court, and to take necessary actions to set up bank account. Guardian ad litem is
not acting in the best interest of the minors, and has failed to obey Court Orders.
The Court will remove guardian ad litem Alberta M. Jackson.
Plaintiffs’ counsel should find a substitute, guardian ad litem for the minors and submit appropriate orders and/or
modifications to orders to facilitate the resolution of this litigation.
The Order to Show Cause re: Dismissal is continued to January 19, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. in Division “J.” The court will
mail notice to Guardian Ad Litem Alberta M. Jackson.
