The Hon. Eric Bradshaw is a judge for the Superior Court of Kern County in California. He was appointed to the bench by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in November 2008, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Richard Oberholzer.
Bradshaw earned a B.A. from California State University, Chico in 1980. He then completed a J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1984.
He began his legal career as an associate at Borton, Petrini & Conron in 1985. Two years later, he moved to the Law Office of Gene R. McMurtrey, where he worked as an associate until 1990. He then joined Noriega and Alexander. He practiced there until 1992, eventually accepting a position as partner at Noriega and Bradshaw.
Bradshaw is a third-generation attorney in Kern County. His grandfather, the Hon. William L. Bradshaw (deceased), served as a judge for the Superior Court of Kern County.
He is registered as a Republican.
