COMES NOW, the undersigned ceunsel, and hereby files this motion to appear
telephonically for a hearing on Plaintiff s Motion for Final Summary Judgment, scheduled for April
6, 2020 at the hour of 9:45AM 0r soon thereafter, and further states as follows:
1. This is an action to colIect unpaid homeowner association fees.
2. Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Final Summary Judgment, Which has been noticed for the
date and time set forth hereinabove.
3. In an effort to reduce unnecessary costs and fees associated with the hearing set forth above,
the undersigned counsel respectfully requests that same be permitted t0 appear
telephonically.
4. Rule 2.530(b) of the Florida Rules 0f Judicial Administration permits that a telephonic
hearing may be permitted under these circumstances absent a showing 0f good cause.
5. No party will be prejudiced by the granting 0f said motion.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel moves this Honorable Court for the entry of an
Order granting Plaintiffs motion t0 appear telephonically for the Motion for Final Summary
Judgment hearing scheduled for, April 6, 2020, at the hour of 9:45AM, or soon thereafter.
