                                                     THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT

                                THIS     MATTER         comes    before    the  Court    upon   the   Defendant’s     Motion    to

                       Determine Rent.      The Court, having reviewed the motion herein and being in              allways   fully

                       advised in the premises,      orders as follows:

                      _IT IS  HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
                                .1.      The   Defendant    is ordered   to  deposit   into the  Court   Rggistry    all  rent   as

                       alleged in the complaint       and any rent that may have accrued during the pendency of
                       the  proéeeding,     by       dag     4/        Z    7         , 2020,   and  each   month    thereafter,

                       when   due, pursuant to Florida Statute       8360(2).

                                2.       Failure   of the  Defendant    to comply    with  this  Court   order  shall  entitle the

                       Plaintiff t6  an  immediate    default   and judgment     for possession without      further hearing    or

                       notice from the Court.
