                  following grounds:

                  1.   Counsel represents t0   this Honorable Court that Defendants have not complied With the Order 0f this

                       Court as Defendant(s) have not paid the amount ordered by the Court into the court          registry.

                  2.   Pursuant t0 said Order Plaintiff is entitled t0 entry 0f the immediate default judgment for tenant

                       eviction against Defendant(s) With a writ 0f possession t0 issue Without filrther notice 0r hearing

                       thereon.  By this Notice Plaintiff gives Defendant(s)     notice 0f the noncompliance.

                           WHEREFORE, Plaintiff asks this Court t0 enter an immediate default judgment for tenant
