over the years have alloccurred in my official role as a CSU Fresno employee, in relation to
conduct and events that occurred in Fresno County, and in relation to Plaintiffs role as a
Professor at CSU Fresno. Ihave never interacted with Plaintiff in Los Angeles County.
4. I now reside in Kern County, and fiom where I live and work it ismore
convenient for me to appear in Fresno than in the Long Beach division of Los Angeles
WOOQONM-p
County Superior Court. In my experience, the drive to Fresno is reliably quicker and less
susceptible to serous traffic delays.
