TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDER
TO PROVIDE TRUST ACCOUNTINGS
Defendants, through their undersigned counsel, move to compel Plaintiff, Karen J.
Robertson, Trustee, to provide Trust Accountings, and as grounds state the following:
1. The Order dated November 25, 2013, states “Zhe Court directs that the trust
accounting be performed quarterly and furnished to the Parties.”
2. Trustee has failed to furnish any accounting beyond March 25, 2014.
3. THREE quarterly accountings for 2014 are overdue.
Wherefore, Defendants move for an order compelling Plaintiff/Trustee to furnish
Defendants with Trust Accounting through 2014 without delay and furnish all future quarterly
Trust Accountings by April 15, June 15, September 15 and January 15. Defendants pray for an
award of fees and costs for this Motion and any hearing thereon.
