ORDER ON EMERGENCY MOTION FOR ORDER
LO ALE ER’ Y TRU:
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion for Order
Allowing Sale of Real Property by Trustee and the Court finding as follows:
1. The contract amount is adequate.
2. There is no reason to delay the closing on the real property.
3.
The Court finds the Trust needs to have cash from the sale to fulfill its purposes.
Therefore, it is ADJUDGED:
A. The contract is hereby approved.
B.
The closing on said contract is approved, and the Trustee is authorized to execute
the necessary closing documents.
C. Proceeds from the sale of the real property will be held in the trust account of
Cauthen, Oldham & Associates, P.A., which shall, within 5 days of closing, make payment of
$2,000 to Mark R. Ryan representing delinquent November, 2013, and December, 2013,
mandatory distribution, and which shall make payment to the CPA for court-ordered quarterly
accountings and only necessary operating expenses exclusive of fiduciary and attorneys’ fees and

which shall make the monthly payment each subsequent month to Mark R. Ryan through the date
of the next hearing coordinated and noticed for February 13, 2014.
D. — Trustee shall submit a plan for the final distribution of the Trust, including
proposed distribution to beneficiaries, on or before January 15, 2014. Agreement of all parties or
Court Order shall be required for final distribution; otherwise the plan and previously filed
objections shal] be heard on February 13, 2014. ~
